Alexander of Lake Repshar

Alexander the Naiad.
High priest of his people who dwell in the mystical lake in the doomed forest of Repshar.
Tragically in love with a human girl, he uses his powers over water and air to help and guide her through unfortunate events.
Alexander also posesses a 'magic mirror' of sorts. Through it he is able to watch anyone/anything anywhere. Unable to walk on the surface for a long period of time, he uses this item to watch undetected.

Skin: Varying shades of blue. Covered with gills and markings.
Hair: Dark blue
Deadly Weapon: Gold alloy triton with enchanted rubies used to focus his powers (and also effectively pointy).
Clothing and Accessories: Gold bracelets, headband (shows his rank), and a silk loincloth.
